Petrol has gone up again!

6th May 2010 - Petrol gone up again! I have just done the school run and the shopping, this is the ideal type of journey for an electric car. The total round trip is 12 miles.

On the way home passing the petrol station I noticed that the price has gone up again. Our local garage was now selling it at 123.9 pence per litre.

It is a nice feeling being able to drive past and not stop to refuel. One of the advantages of an electric car is that you can plug the car in each night to recharge. When you get up the next morning the batteries are full and off you go. This morning the Mitsubishi range was showing 88 miles.
